CoolTouch 3 Plus

The Science

Sometimes referred to as CoolBreeze™, the CoolTouch 3 Plus™ laser treatment is a regenerative therapy aimed to improve and restore your skin’s natural elasticity. The nonablative laser uses targeted heat to gently stimulate the dermal tissue, focusing on the layers of skin where collagen is formed. Over time, this helps skin rejuvenation and collagen remodeling, reducing wrinkles, improving acne scars and skin laxity.

Our Approach

This gentle, nonablative laser can help your skin improve naturally by painlessly stimulating collagen. Skin will appear brighter and more radiant, without any resulting downtime.

CoolTouch patients will be placed in a relaxed, reclining position and given a pair of dark glasses to protect their eyes. Your dermatologist will then go over the targeted area with the machine’s handpiece.

What to Expect

Length Of Procedure

The treatment takes just 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the treated area and the severity of your condition. You should be able to immediately return to your activities.

Results

A few weeks after the treatment, you should expect an improvement in your skin tone, a reduction in the appearance of your pore size, firmer skin, and a decrease in the appearance of acne scars. As with any cosmetic procedure, individual results may vary, and your dermatologist can tell you what to expect.

Downtime/Aftercare

The CoolTouch machine is painless, with no downtime. As with any laser treatment, your skin will be sensitive to light, so please do not go into the sun without sunblock over the treated area (SPF 50 at least).

Number of Treatments

In order to get the best results, we recommend patients receive CoolTouch once a month for 4 to 6 months.
